DINOSAUR ERA
DINOSAUR ERA
For millions of years, giants ruled the land. Then, in a single moment, the world changed—and new possibilities emerged from the dust.
THE AGE OF GIANTS
The Mesozoic Era, spanning from 252 to 66 million years ago, is commonly known as the Age of Dinosaurs. These remarkable creatures dominated every continent and evolved into an astonishing diversity of forms—from the massive long-necked sauropods to the fierce theropod predators. For over 160 million years, dinosaurs were the undisputed rulers of Earth.
DINOSAUR DISCOVERIES
Birds are living dinosaurs. Feathers, hollow bones, and nesting behaviors all trace back to the theropods—small, agile predators that survived what the giants could not.
T-Rex Timeline
Tyrannosaurus Rex lived closer in time to humans (66 million years ago) than to Stegosaurus (150 million years ago).
Feathered Dinosaurs
Many dinosaurs, including Velociraptor and even some T-Rex relatives, had colorful feathers for display and insulation.
The Asteroid Impact
The Chicxulub impact released energy equivalent to 10 billion Hiroshima bombs, triggering a global winter.
